Job Summary

This full-time Junior Azure Administrator role is based in Skopje, operating fully remote. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Azure Administrator to join our growing cloud operations team. In this junior-level role, you will support the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Azure environments, assisting with identity and access management, basic infrastructure configuration, and routine operational tasks. You will work closely with senior cloud engineers to monitor system health, respond to alerts, and help maintain secure and reliable cloud services. This position requires strong bilingual communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in cloud and infrastructure operations, offering clear opportunities for growth within cloud administration and DevOps-focused paths.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Assist with user and access management in Azure identity services.
  • Support configuration of virtual machines (VMs), storage, and basic networking resources.
  • Monitor Azure health dashboards and respond to system alerts.
  • Participate in patching and hardening tasks.
  • Write basic Python scripts for automating cloud-related tasks.
  • Document work and communicate with customers in English as needed.
  • Basic cloud fundamentals and understanding of Microsoft Azure concepts.
  • Knowledge of networking and identity management basics.
  • Familiarity with Python scripting.
  • Required: Fluency in English and Macedonian (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, remotely from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Preferred Skills and Certifications

  • Microsoft AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
  • CompTIA Cloud+
  • ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
