Mid Level Windows Administrator
Job Summary
This full-time Mid-Level Windows Administrator role is based in Skopje, operating fully remote. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid-Level Windows Administrator to manage and support Windows-based infrastructure, identity services, patching programs, and ongoing support activities across multi-tenant MSP environments. In this role, you will take ownership of server and workstation administration, implement security and hardening best practices, and troubleshoot complex system and identity issues. You will collaborate closely with junior administrators, cloud engineers, and security teams to ensure stable, secure, and well-maintained environments for customers. This position is ideal for a technically strong professional ready to take on increased responsibility and play a key role in operational excellence and service delivery.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server roles, domain services, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and storage.
- Lead patch management cycles and remediation tasks.
- Troubleshoot complex system and identity issues.
- Implement Windows security standards and hardening baselines.
- Build Python-based automations for system workflows.
- Contribute to migration and modernization efforts.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and GPOs.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking and identity security.
- Proficiency in Python scripting.
- Required: Proficiency in English and Macedonian (written and spoken).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, remotely from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
